From working with Agilysys on many different hotel projects (mostly casinos and resorts), we know that Agilysys has a deep knowledge of the hotel market and puts their customers first. They understand the challenges facing the hotel industry and is constantly tweaking and reinventing its PMS offerings to meet the quickly changing market needs.

Since the pandemic started, Agilysys has proven how agile the organization is and the company’s mobile guest app, rGuest Express, is helping hoteliers to reopen safely by delivering a mobile guest journey with contact-free check-in and mobile keys, minimizing in-person contacts and eliminating handling of physical key cards.
