What do you like most?
Ease of direct communication to guests/guest rooms on a daily basis. Tablets are easy to navigate for our guests. The addition of video animation to home slides and continual development made by Crave Hospitality team enables the product to continually improve.
What do you dislike or think could be improved?
Content editing is still poor. Needs preview of page layouts before publishing and a more user friendly CMS system. The support team at Crave are extremely reactive however and turn amends around very quickly when asked to support.
