What do you like most?
Great way to communicate with guests, push messaging and streamlines customer journey - it is easy for guests to make reservations for dining and services for the tables, reducing demand on our reception team.
What do you dislike or think could be improved?
It would be great to integrate some more advanced software to make the device more suited to omnichannel marketing e.g. if guests could charge bills to their room, or if messaging could be personalized for each visitor with first and last name etc.
