What do you like most?
Experts that have experienced the hotel industry first hand from a sales & operational perspective which I feel gave them the edge when designing our website and implementing sales campaign. We are a unique property which means we sometimes require unique solutions and I found them always willing and helpful in developing these.
What do you dislike or think could be improved?
Keep doing what they do, keep it personal, keep progressing, it is a well oiled machine, so if it isn't broken......
