What do you like most?
It allowed us to save valuable time in analyzing our performance with a group perspective. We don't use anymore the reports from our PMS because all of its data is perfectly compiled and presented in OTA Insight. The integration with Oracle Opera Cloud through OHIP interface is perfect.
What do you dislike or think could be improved?
OTA Insight could improve the date pick-up in the group view, which is currently limited to only a full month.It could also allow the analytsis of others types of revenue, such as breakfast statistics.
