What do you like most?
Works well with Indeed without spending additional funds. Easy to sponsor if you have a hard to fill job, though. Easy system to navigate. It is very easy to train the managers at each of our properties to use this system. It is easy to look at each applicant and their resume and cover letter. The surveys the applicants take are a good indicator of how qualified they are and assist with choosing who to interview when there are a lot of applicants to weed thru. The tabs at the tops are good. Easy to separate applicants into Candidates and Declined and then eventually place in the HIRED folder. Easy to open and close jobs. Easy to navigate between our different properties or locations. They surveys/ Quizzes they have that you can put on jobs are nice. It lets you know if someone is truly interested in the job. Some applicants don't even bother to do them, so we immediately weed these out. It is nice that their Survey results show on the main screen / list of applicants/candidates. It is nice that you have a dedicated support specialist that can assist and be a single point of contact when there are issues.
What do you dislike or think could be improved?
My daily report keeps malfunctioning but it is a GREAT report when it works. Please fix the daily applicant report so all posted jobs' applicants can be easily tracked. Mine has malfunctioned multiple times and they take forever to correct it just to have it malfunction again in a few weeks. No matter how fast my internet is, it still seems to lag between screens. I REALLY wish there was a place to put notes under each candidate or applicant that shows up on the main screen with the list of applicants/candidates WITHOUT having to click on the candidate and then another tab. It would be extremely helpful when you have multiple people reviewing the candidates. I want to see notes under each candidate. Other programs I have used have this functionality. It would save tons of time because of how slow the system is when going from screen to screen. And then you lose your place and have to start all over.
