What do you like most?
UpMail's platform allows me to send out proposals, brochures, and promotional materials very easily and quickly, to hundreds or thousands of people per week. It's very easy to create a template, grab a client's e-mail address, drop it into UpMail, and send them a fully detailed info packet to begin the sales process.UpMail's support team has also been incredibly quick to answer any questions that have popped up.
What do you dislike or think could be improved?
UpMail could benefit from some larger variance in templates and customizable sections. Once you've seen three or four UpMail templates, you've seen them all. They are effective, but other users may wish to stand out a little more with their e-mails. The ability to use custom HTML is somewhere between hidden and non-existent, though most users will not need this.
