What do you like most?
We are delighted with the exceptional service provided by Aró Digital Strategy in supporting our digital presence at Cashel Palace Hotel. New Website: Aró reengineered our beautiful, user friendly website that perfectly reflects the elegance of our hotel. The responsive design and easy navigation have improved our online engagement. Booking Engine: The new booking engine is a game changer, offering a smooth and efficient booking process. It has significantly increased our length of stay on direct bookings with its real time availability and secure payment options. Digital Marketing Support: My role at the hotel is Online Manager with the responsibility for Digital and Traditional Marketing. I am found the expertise of the Aró team lend themselves greatly to enhancing my own campaigns, improve performance and ultimately help my achieve my digital marketing goals. This is because they are data focused, and utilise this data and industry insights to power decision making for their own team and hotels. One of the biggest wins for is the reduction in time to create and execute campaigns, sp Aró’s digital marketing strategy consultancy are not only boosting our online visibility and traffic, but saving time and helping us use our digital spend more economically. Overall, Aró Digital Strategy has met our expectations with their professionalism and creativity. We highly recommend their services to any hospitality business looking to enhance their digital strategy.
What do you dislike or think could be improved?
We are currently 6 months in to the transition, and do not have any improvments at this moment in time, all is performing as expected or beyond set KPIs thanks to the expert guidance of a project manager and account manager, who have guided through the initial process and is now creating a roapmap for the next 12 months. One of the intial improvements we had hoped for, to allow guests manage and modify their bookings to reduce workload for our reservations teams, has already been developed and released in a recent update, much to our appreciation. There has also been recent updates to the gift voucher functionality and customisation which makes it easier than ever for guests to shop for hotel experiences and send gifts to their loved one.
