What do you like most?
Everything was so perfect from beginning of initial commercial discussion till sign off of completion report. Each level of team members involved were so professional and overall journey was made so smooth during this migration from our On Premise to Cloud PMS and POS.
What do you dislike or think could be improved?
Downtimes during maintenance window can be planned to reduce to have better uptime for end users, specially when it is the rush hour at respective hotel. Team members are full of pressure to service the guest and if it is maintenance window they get restless and worried of handling the situations.
