"We have a long term relationship with ARO Digital and work very closely with our dedicated Account Manager and have regular meetings to work with us to continue to improve our online guest experience to help drive direct bookings as well as back-end functionality. The dedicated support team work promptly to resolve any issues. We receive regular reports to help us improve the website and help drive bookings and increase conversion levels".
What do you dislike or think could be improved?
Functionality inline with 3rd party websites / booking platforms, for example room inventory (only 1 room remaining) payment process outlining payment due dates.
