What do you like most?
The platform is very easy and intuitive to use and allows for very personalized pop-ups. Hotel rate disparity tools have been a great way to offer the best price vs our competitors and get more information on where to focus.
What do you dislike or think could be improved?
Not having access to price match configuration. We have had some errors with coupon configuration and it would be great to be able to see what is configured in the platform, otherwise we have to do endless searcher to check if everything is correct.
