What do you like most?
Roomdex has made the room upgrade process seamless at our property. As a GM, I can keep track of our room upgrades via the automated emails that I receive. It is also good to review our analytics and see how we can increase revenue and push for more upsells.
What do you dislike or think could be improved?
I am not sure I have suggestions for improvement at the moment. The software does what it is supposed to do for my property.
