The Customer Support/ Client Success team at Monscierge is amongst the best in the business. They are quick to respond and always go above and beyond to make sure their clients are taken care of and happy. Kudos to all!
What do you dislike or think could be improved?
The notifications for the mobile app will sometimes not alert and messages from guests will be missed, unless you open the app. Unfortunately this can be a nuisance.
