What do you like most?
Guest love communicating via text message. So simple to use and super efficient! We love using HelloShift at our Hotel! HelloShift also stores all communication with guest which enhances the guest experience!
What do you dislike or think could be improved?
This is a tough one. The only thing I can think of is when signing on Helloshift, it sends all the updates that were missed while you weren't signed on. That can be improved.
