What do you like most?
The customer success and support teams are exceptional. I have been working with Janice from the beginning of my project and her commitment with us it's been amazing as well as the interactions with the support team, they really separated themselves from the rest, the response time and the way the follow up and resolve are truly exceptional.
What do you dislike or think could be improved?
Nothing to comment here, we had some technical difficulties but they way support recovered made things easier not sure if I would consider this a problem
