What do you like most?
Found efficiency in the way we work as we can message with all our guests and share tasks with the team in a fast and precise way. Our guests love the interaction and ease of execution. This also helped us in reducing payroll cost.
What do you dislike or think could be improved?
I guess adding different vendors to be linked to the app is the biggest challenge. Perhaps there should be a list of preferred vendors that are required for the set up and further ad hoc could be added later on. E.g Taxi company etc..
