What do you like most?
This company is quick very quick with their review responses and they are extremely professional. Not only do they respond to guest reviews they also have a survey that they can send out to guests to help get feedback. Since we have started using Travel Media to respond to our reviews, we have improved our scores a due to the responses being quick and on point. We like the fact that they will tailor their responses to how we want them to sound. Our review reputation has improved alot since we have started working with this company and we couldn't be happier with the results that we have been getting so far.
What do you dislike or think could be improved?
The one thing so far that we have found is that they don't respond to reviews that have no content. This is understandable however it would be nice if maybe there was a generic message for reviews with no content.
