What do you like most?
They have great customer support and the system is user friendly. We like that we can text applicants directly from our desktop computers or laptops and get quick feedback from the applicants and candidates.
What do you dislike or think could be improved?
We'd like to see that more than one hiring manager could be tagged in the calendar invite for the interview process.
