What do you like most?
The simple fact that everything from making the job posting, to doing the hiring paperwork is all in one place!! And...having all the onboarding saves a ton of paper, which of course is better for the environment!
What do you dislike or think could be improved?
I honestly have not run across anything that really needs improved. The recruiting process is very simple! Make the job post, post it, applicant info all comes thru, you can track progress thru the hiring and onboarding process. Its Great!!! I especially love the fact of the interview questions! Makes my job so much easier and the level of "out of the box" questions asked is great!
