What do you like most?
There are many positive aspects to highlight about Reviewpro, including its intuitive user interface, a valuable asset for administrators. The information is presented to users in a clear and visual way, greatly facilitating the tracking of reputation and customer satisfaction metrics. However, perhaps the most significant strength lies in the Support team, which I believe is one of the platform's greatest assets. Reviewpro boasts a dedicated team that provides all the necessary technical support to help you get the most out of the platform. With their assistance, incident management and inquiries related to configuration and/or implementation of new features are handled quickly and efficiently.
What do you dislike or think could be improved?
Especially from an account management perspective, I would perhaps miss a testing environment that would allow for testing configurations before deploying them to production. On the other hand, when searching for articles, I would suggest improving the search engine or developing an AI environment that allows users to ask questions and receive answers from the platform itself, similar to conventional AI platforms like Gemini, ChatGPT, etc.
