What do you like most?
A very easy to use system for day to day operations. Very smooth at checkin and check-outs. The pay-by-link is also very useful for prepayments.
What do you dislike or think could be improved?
To be able to automatically charge reservations made and prepaid by OTA:s would be a great feature to add. Also if the system would flag for instance expired credit cards for the booked date would be helpful. If guests could insert their credit card information into the reservation without going through the front desk would feel safer for guest and staff.
