What do you like most?
The support provided by Paraty Tech is top notch, every member of their team we have worked with have been extremely professional, we are beyond happy to have found them as a partner, they have revamped our websites and booking engine and have increased our direct sales immensely.
What do you dislike or think could be improved?
The only thing I can think of that Paraty can tweak to make the booking process easier for our guests is to tailor the site to a more U.S. consumer based approach.
