What do you like most?
Ability to contact guests pre arrival, during stay and post stay. DUVE also assisted us in mass communication to the guests in regards to hotel operations.
What do you dislike or think could be improved?
Duve has everything that we need. Sometimes the AI feature provides incorrect information but DUVE also provides us an option to personalize AI response. I cannot think of anything else.
