What do you like most?
Snapfix makes it easier to identify, track and monitor maintenance issues across the hotel, Tasks can be prioritized, assigned and updated with photographs, providing clear accountability. The ability to record costs & review completed work, also helps with maintenance planning monitoring and identifying issues.
What do you dislike or think could be improved?
Only allows for Frequency of planned tasks daily, weekly, monthly & yearly. Would be good if there was a quarterly & Bi annual option.
