What do you like most?
I love that there is so much information available at my fingertips! I can see what's going on at any given moment with all revenue generating departments in the hotel.
What do you dislike or think could be improved?
I am a newbie, and it's sometimes difficult to understand what the data is representing. I have to double check my input and adjust quite often, and I sometimes can't tell where the trouble lies.
