What do you like most?
Snapfix is incredibly simple and intuitive for the team to use, but we keep discovering just how much we can actually do with it. We’ve been able to expand its use beyond day-to-day maintenance into planned maintenance, inspections, checklists and wider operational processes. A huge step forward for us has been getting the integration with OPERA working, so we can now see bedroom status within Snapfix. For a large hotel, that makes a real difference to how practically we can manage maintenance and bedroom inspections. The customer support has also been outstanding. Harry and the team don't just answer questions, they take the time to understand what we're trying to achieve and help us find a practical solution. A great example is our bedroom PPM programme. We provided the room data and inspection structure in a spreadsheet and Harry is helping us build this into Snapfix rather than leaving us to manually create everything ourselves. It genuinely feels like we're only scratching the surface of what we can do with the system.
What do you dislike or think could be improved?
As we’ve started using Snapfix more extensively, there are naturally some things we’d like the system to do that it doesn’t currently offer, particularly around bulk management and some of the more complex planned maintenance workflows. However, what’s really positive is how receptive the team are to those conversations. They listen to what we’re trying to achieve, look at possible solutions and are genuinely open to improving the product.
