What do you like most?
We have been using Mara across 8 of our Parisian hotels for several months now, and the results have been compelling enough for us to decide to roll out the solution across our entire group within the coming weeks, covering 16 three- and four-star properties and over 1,100 rooms in Paris. What first won us over was the quality of the generated responses: the tone is natural, tailored to each property, and the time spent handling guest reviews has been significantly reduced for our teams. At a group of our scale, that is a genuine operational gain. The analytics features are equally valuable: the platform quickly surfaces recurring improvement areas at property level, making it easy to prioritize operational actions based on actual guest feedback rather than gut feeling. The platform is intuitive, easy to onboard even for team members who are not particularly tech-savvy, and the dashboard provides a consolidated view of our online reputation that makes performance monitoring straightforward. We would recommend Mara to any hotel group looking to professionalize and streamline guest review management without sacrificing personalization.
What do you dislike or think could be improved?
We are also looking forward to the upcoming Opera Cloud integration, which will allow us to link reviews directly to reservations, and therefore to individual guests and room numbers. This will be a significant step forward in understanding the full guest journey across our properties.
