What do you like most?
Duve is easy to navigate and easy to use for hotel reception and managers it is very helpful for reception with all the information on there and allows clear communication with guests about their needs it is easy to work together with my colleagues on guest enquires as we all have our own log ins and can see who has replied to who's message it is super easy to access on my work PC at the reception desk.
What do you dislike or think could be improved?
A better notification system could be more clearer so we can see when a guest has messaged us as soon as possible also more information on there for the guest to see about the hotel would be good so their questions are answered before they message if it is a common query.
