What do you like most?
Automation, many design options, an appealing offer website for guests, compatibility with other systems such as Mews, HotelNetSolutions or DialogShift, survey evaluation.
What do you dislike or think could be improved?
Unfortunately, Smart Host still doesn't have access to the individualized guest link for online check-in from Mews. So we still have to send out the online check-in invitation from Mews ourselves. We would like to avoid this, since some guests feel overwhelmed by emails.
