What do you like most?
What I like most is that it's easy to use and easy to learn, even with limited experience. It's very straightforward to work with, and the layout makes it simple to find what I need and complete tasks efficiently. Whenever I need support, help is always available, and issues are resolved quickly. I also appreciate how it helps keep everything organized and makes it easier to track and manage daily tasks. Overall, it has made my daily work easier, more efficient, and more organized.
What do you dislike or think could be improved?
One thing that could be improved is the ability to update a team member’s preferred name, so it automatically matches the name they use at work. Some of our team members use a different name than the one listed in the system, and I currently have to manually update it myself. Having an easier way to manage preferred names would help keep information accurate, reduce confusion, and save time. It would also improve communication across teams by ensuring everyone is identified by the name they are most commonly known by in the workplace. A feature that allows team members to update their own preferred name, or syncs it automatically from company records, would be very helpful.
