What do you like most?
Onboard has completely won us over with its clear layout, the enormous time savings it offers in day-to-day HR tasks, and its absolute system stability – the software has been running for seven years without a single outage! The digital data retrieval is particularly impressive: the tedious collecting, scanning, and error-prone typing of ID cards and employee documents is now a thing of the past. Furthermore, it's a tremendous relief to have all applicant management and employee data centrally located in one place, instead of working with countless notes and isolated solutions. The service team also always responds extremely quickly and with a focus on finding solutions to any questions.
What do you dislike or think could be improved?
The system perfectly meets our requirements. Since we have to coordinate very specific legal requirements in our 5-star establishment, an even deeper, directly integrated representation of this area would be exciting in the future.
