What do you like most?
Very efficient and quick in making contract/offers. Easy to changes text in the templates. Nice that you can see that contact persons have reviewed the proposal.
What do you dislike or think could be improved?
Make changes in the pro forma invoice. Now you see on accommodation only date & number of guest. This is irrelevant information. We would like to see that changes to accommodation ( room only) or Room & breakfast. This is also better for the client. Otherwise the hotel will get too much questions.
