What do you like most?
The Riverside Hotel has been a Stash Rewards Hotel Partner for over a decade and has always enjoyed the relationship. It helped us to be competitive against the Brands Loyalty programs and grow significant repeat business. The experience for the hotel guests is easy from enrollment, to earning points and redemptions. The administration of the program for our hotel is easy and we love the monthly performance report to measure our success. The corporate office is always available for assistance, feedback and new ideas.
What do you dislike or think could be improved?
Over the years the Stash Rewards Administration has worked closely with its Stash Partner Hotels to always improve the program and implement improvement ideas. We now have over 300 Independent Hotels in the Stash Rewards Hotel Partner Program and we look forward growing the portfolio.
