What do you like most?
What I like most about Knowland is how easy it is to research and identify qualified group leads. The platform saves me time by providing detailed insights on past bookings, helping me prioritize outreach and focus on the right opportunities. It has become a key resource in building stronger, more targeted pipelines and helping me stay efficient in a fast-paced sales environment. One of the features I find especially useful is the ability to see an account’s historical meeting activity. This context allows me to tailor conversations and approach prospects with relevant, informed questions rather than starting cold. I also appreciate how quickly I can filter by market segments or meeting sizes that match our property, which helps me narrow down where to focus my energy. Another strength of Knowland is the way it sparks new ideas. Sometimes I’ll discover accounts I wouldn’t have thought to pursue, and because the platform provides background on their prior events, I can position our hotel in a way that feels meaningful and strategic. This gives me more confidence going into outreach and strengthens the conversations I’m able to have with potential clients. What do you dislike or think could be improved?

It would also be helpful if the search filters were even more customizable and intuitive, making it easier to drill down into very specific types of events or groups. Adding more integration with other CRM tools could also streamline the process further. Another improvement could be expanded training resources or quick tips, so both new and experienced users can make the most of the system’s features. Overall, Knowland is a powerful platform that delivers real value to hotel sales teams. It has helped me discover opportunities I might have otherwise overlooked and makes prospecting much more strategic. With a few refinements, it could be even more impactful and an even stronger partner in driving hotel group business.
