What I like the most is the fact that a message can be sent to all the rooms at once.
What do you dislike or think could be improved?
Clearer connectivity when used for making calls. The agent and guests should be able to communicate effectively when making calls via the device. The agent should be able identify which guests is calling. The agent should be able to use the device to call the guest back.
