What do you like most?
Real-time reporting is excellent. Managers can quickly see breakfast participation numbers and adjust staffing or food preparation accordingly during service.
What do you dislike or think could be improved?
The initial setup took longer than expected, especially when importing legacy guest data. A smoother migration tool would be highly appreciated.
