What do you like most?
I enjoy the fact that it is hands on for the guests. It lends to a complete understanding of the parking process.
What do you dislike or think could be improved?
The ability for them to access it outside of the text function is not always functional from handsets. Perhaps if the scan code were bigger and in other areas from the front desk that would help a great deal.
