What do you like most?
All the features on the app are great, with a user-friendly interface which make it very easy for the end users to use the system. The feature like In App Payment, Booking Management and Guest Information updates which is linked to the Hotel PMS system are highlights for me. Prior to arrivals guest are able to provide all their information with Pre-Reg option, this enhances the arrival experience of the guest. modules are linked with one another and can be customized according to requirement of the hotel.
What do you dislike or think could be improved?
- Having Chat Function and Payment Management as a feature which can be turned on and off for all the users. Passport Scanning through mobile app and feed the guest information's.
