Easy access to report and systemize month end incentive calculation. Synchronization of team members for better upsell tracking, simplified figure and ranking access.
What do you dislike or think could be improved?
Upsell night and charges error happened as it shows difference with Hotel system sometime and report does not show each successful upsell individually for easy recognition.
