What do you like most?
I like the simplicity of the system. Program the process and click start, and they take care of the rest.
What do you dislike or think could be improved?
I think it might be nice to be able to get consistent feedback on who has abandoned a cart. We get emails some times, and other times when I log into cartstack I see additional email addresses that I didn't get an email about.
