The seamless integration between Hello-shift and our PMS system saves a great deal of valuable time by allowing us to broadcast text messages to an entire group of arrivals or departures with ease.
What do you dislike or think could be improved?
Would like to see more report options; as a Director of Guest Services, reports are our bibles assisting us in navigating the best course for future guests.
