What do you like most?
We have used HelloShift for a number of years now and it works flawlessly across several platforms and devices. It is easy to install on a smartphone and the portability is awesome. Our employees stay informed and responses are immediate. This software has eliminated our prior communication issues. We are now trying the 'text a guest' application and it is well received by our guests and has prevented problems down the line.
What do you dislike or think could be improved?
Our staff and I don't have any improvement ideas. It didn't work at first while Grammarly was running, that seems to be fixed, that was a big deal.
