What do you like most?
Product is well-arranged, offers comprendious informations for all team-members from therapists and receptionists to management.
What do you dislike or think could be improved?
It would be much better, if within reservation there were available only those types of services, which respective therapist can actually do and they are set in her provided services. Each time we have a new therapist yet in training, reception tries to book a massage, which we havent train yet (training takes months to teach all masages ergo reception cant have an overview), and it takes then longer, needs apologizes and sometimes leads to misunderstandings.
