What do you like most?
I love how easy it is to customize everything down to the smallest details. Whenever an issue arises I am able to message them and get an immediate response and normally they fix my problem within minutes. We use Helloshift for everything we do on our property. We have checklist for our front desk to follow during their shifts and ones for the whole team to follow for the week. We store any information that the front desk might need in the "wiki" on Helloshift so they have access to the needed info at any time. We also use this program as an end of shift information pass down. We just post on the main feed what happened on our shift and any important info they might need and then all the other shifts are able to stay up to date on all of the happenings.
What do you dislike or think could be improved?
We do have some trouble using the mobile version of the program. It is hard when it times out. We use Helloshift on IPADS and we noticed when the screen turns off then the program doesn't make an audible noise that our worker can hear, so they end up missing the task or they have to constantly check to see if they have one. In the messaging system when you have an automated message go out it changes the order of the guest you ust responded too and you have to scroll through all of the new guest messages to find the one you were chatting with. It would be nice if the automated messages didn't change the guest order of the guest you're already talking to. For instance, I had a guest ask me to book a reservation for them, so I asked where they would like to go. They didn't respond right a way. So when the auto message sent it put the convo at the bottom of the list. We try to make a note immediately now of the guests name so we can search for them but we don't always manage to get it so sifting back through can take a while.
