What do you like most?
Ability to communicate with guest fast and effectively. I like the ability to put task in for my staff and they can see it and take care of the issues with out having to talk face to face.
What do you dislike or think could be improved?
The mobile app is very clumsy and does not work well. Also the room status and inspection feature works about 50% of the time. I have reached out to hello shift about this and they did not offer any solutions to correct the problems
