What do you like most?
Ease of use. Very helpful support staff. Responsive to every request. Our Apple TV's work perfectly and easily maintained with Monscierge's support.
What do you dislike or think could be improved?
I have not come across an issue specific to our Inn that was not solved and improved on quickly. We have had multiple adjustments to our apps on the Apple TV's to achieve the best experience and to have the most relevant apps for our guest. Each time we were tweaking, the changes were completed with the same day that we made the request. I feel that this product sets us apart from our competitors. Thank you, Monscierge!
