What do you like most?
I like that I am able to report room status to another department instead of having to use a walkie talkie and HOPING they hear me or that we get the message across the hotel. It is also a pretty simple to understand interface and an easy system system to use, even for somewhat technologically illiterate people, such as myself, so I definitely appreciate that!
What do you dislike or think could be improved?
I think that it would be easier to transition between Logistics and OPERA (our internal system) if there were some way to get the two systems to communicate. I'm not sure whether that can even be done, but it would be a nice feature for sure. Other than that, I can't think of much. I actually do like the system!
