What do you like most?
Every platform (google, booking.com, trip advisor) where guests can leave a review is collected, therefore we only have to use EverGuest. There is no need to login to any other sites. Their team provides quick and professional service. The website is easy to use. It is great that we can customize our own post os pre-stay surveys.
What do you dislike or think could be improved?
There is always room for improvement, but at the moment we are really happy with their product and I would not change anything.
