What do you dislike or think could be improved?
Clock in feature does not always work, this is important for our hourly employees. One key area is the clock-in feature, which has been known to experience occasional glitches, leading to difficulties for staff in tracking their work hours accurately. This can create confusion when calculating payroll or managing labor costs, and it’s an issue that needs to be addressed for better operational efficiency. Additionally, while the software offers robust reporting features, some users find that certain reports are not as customizable as they would like. It would be helpful if there were more options to filter and segment data according to specific needs, especially for businesses with more complex operations or diverse service offerings. Lastly, when booking groups, the color code feature does not work.
