What do you like most?
Customers can conveniently request services such as room service, car check-out, and in-room item addition through the tablet PC in their rooms. If you request a service by wire from your room, hotel staff can conveniently transfer the request to other departments through Duwat chat. If it is difficult to call other departments, you can transfer the customer's request through the Duwat website. Reception through the website allows you to check both the reception details and processing status, so you can accurately process without missing any work.
What do you dislike or think could be improved?
When in-house guests request to rent items, they often do so through the Doowat website. In addition to the items provided in the guest rooms, we also rent items that housekeeping has in stock. It would be nice if the list of other items that housekeeping has in stock could be set to "only be visible to hotel staff."
